Well almost 4 months of social distancing has flown by since I posted. I truly hope you all have preserved and have been well . As for myself I’ve been the regular amount of socially distant because all I do is work in my shop , so it’s not any change really. What I didn’t realize is I had been SOCIAL MEDIA DISTANCING . I would like to say a few words about Austin Machine’s plans and out look about the current Covid 19 crisis. I will be open for business more or less as normal. I am a 1 man shop but I am also a care giver for my elderly parents who live in my house. For obvious reasons I will be taking simple common sense actions during this period to help combat the spread of this virus and I would strongly urge everyone to do so as well. One of which is ...During this time as I said I am open for business, but business only. I do not want anyone to drop by to hang out and have a coffee or is bored and wants to see what I’m up to and stand around and talk. The 12 Gears of Christmas ...A modern Christmas Story .
It was the week before Christmas and it arrived with a crash, Santa’s running AWD now and man was it bashed . Santa looked wobbly as he Uber’d out of sight and yelled ‘ fix it now I need it tonight! So we started right away , what a terrible sight ! The rear gear was worn , what an awful smear ! The transfer case was shattered and the front end was JOHN DEER!
